The saucepan features a brushed 18/10 stainless-steel exterior. Beneath this outer layer, a heavy-gauge aluminum core enables accelerated heat conduction and distribution throughout the saucepan. Securely riveted to the pan's side, an ergonomic stainless-steel handle allows the chef to transport to and from the stovetop.
